Ikoniq was awarded the RFP and has delivered three retail units and two restaurant facilities that will offer local vendors an opportunity to showcase their skills.

Max Bar & Casitas bring on the beach vibe
As an accessory property to the 72-unit Daytona Max tower, Bayshore is providing the Wolf Bar as an amenity to the main property. The Wolf is truly two bars in one, with conditioned space upstairs and a downstairs space that is open to the beach. With the container bar as the project's focus, additional rental units are made available as overflow to the Max. Comprised of Casitas which are single units based on a typical hotel room and villas, which are two and three bedroom modular building units, the property provides a range of options for short and longer-term stays.
